Rental policies
Clear terms, before you plan
Booking
- Three-hour minimum
- Send a request at least three weeks in advance
- Full rental amount due at booking
- Later time changes must be requested at least three weeks before the event
- Setup and teardown must occur inside the reserved period
Additional time
- First additional hour: $100
- After four total hours: $50 per hour
- Additional half-hours: $25
- Overage may incur the applicable $25–$50 additional-time fee
Cancellations
- Full refund when cancelled at least two weeks before the event
- No refunds within two weeks of the event
